(“CapStar”) (NASDAQ:CSTR) announced today that its board of directors approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per common share that will be paid on May 29, 2020 to shareholders of record of CapStar’s common stock as of the close of business on May 15, 2020.
