DGAP-News: OTI Greentech AG / Key word(s): Corporate Action OTI Greentech AG completes reverse stock split Berlin, 25 February 2019 - OTI Greentech AG (ISIN DE000A0HNE89), an international engineering and technology services group listed on the Düsseldorf stock exchange, is implementing the capital reduction that was approved by the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2018. This is a further important step in the restructuring process of the company. The "ex-day"of the capital reduction will be 25 February 2019. The changes to the quotation on the stock exchange are also expected to come into effect on that day. The new combined shares will be traded with a new ISIN DE000A2TSL22 from this day on. As a result of the capital reduction the share capital of OTI Greentech AG will be reduced to EUR 1,798,602.00 from EUR 34,173,438.00. The capital reduction is intended to restore the company's ability to access the capital market, also with a view to a potential conversion of the outstanding convertible bonds totaling EUR 2.9m. OTI Greentech AG expects to be able to publish preliminary numbers for 2018 in March.
