DEME doopt nieuwe generatie installatieschip voor windturbines, Norse Wind

DEME vierde vandaag opnieuw een belangrijke mijlpaal met de officiële doop van zijn nieuwe offshore installatieschip voor windturbines, Norse Wind. Dit schip betekent een aanzienlijke versterking van DEME’s offshore‑installatievloot. Uitgerust met een krachtige kraan van 3.200 ton zal Norse Wind de volgende generatie windturbines en XXL‑monopiles transporteren en installeren, in waterdieptes tot 70 meter. De ceremonie vond plaats in de haven van Oslo en bracht gasten uit België en Noorwegen samen om de nieuwe aanwinst te vieren.
