The company's business operations consist of homebuilding, a majority-owned residential lot development company, financial services and other activities. The company sells single-family detached and attached homes, such as townhomes, duplexes and triplexes. The company's financial services operations provide mortgage financing and title agency services to homebuyers. In addition, the company has subsidiaries that engage in conducting insurance-related operations, constructing and owning rental properties, among others.
