Enterprise Group Provides Information Regarding Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

St. Albert, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - June 10, 2020) - Enterprise Group, Inc. (TSX: E) ("Enterprise" or "the Company") announced that its annual and special meeting of shareholders will be held at the Company's head office at #2, 64 Riel Drive, St. Albert, Alberta on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. (Mountain time).

Due to the restrictions on mass gatherings implemented by the Government of Alberta as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders and guests are strongly encouraged not to attend the meeting in person. Enterprise encourages all shareholders to vote in advance of the meeting by mail, telephone or internet in the manner set out in the meeting materials that have been sent to shareholders, copies of which can be accessed on Enterprise's website and can be found on SEDAR at .

A shareholder who still chooses to attend the meeting in person will be required to verify share ownership, provide confirmation that he or she has not travelled outside Canada within the preceding two-week period, and be questioned about potential symptoms of COVID-19. Additional attendance restrictions may be added in the event of changes to public health advisories.

At the meeting, the Company will only conduct the formal business of the meeting and there will not be a management presentation. A corporate presentation is available on the Company's website and shareholders may contact the Company with any questions.
