Eezy Oyj:n avainhenkilöt tekivät yhtiöön noin 1,1 miljoonan euron sijoituksen

Joukko Eezyn avainhenkilöitä on tehnyt merkittävän sijoituksen yhtiöön ostamalla yli 210 000 kappaletta eli noin 1,1 miljoonan euron arvosta yhtiön osakkeita. Ostajina on yhtiön johtoryhmän ja hallituksen jäseniä, franchise-yrittäjiä sekä muita avainhenkilöitä. Osakkeiden myyjänä oli yhtiön suurin omistaja NoHo Partners Oyj, joka tarjosi rajatun määrän osakkeita Eezyn avainhenkilöiden ostettavaksi.

”Halusimme tarjota Eezyn avainhenkilöille mahdollisuuden sitoutua entistä vahvemmin yhtiöön. Eezy on henkilöstöpalvelualan suunnannäyttäjä, jonka johdon ja yrittäjien aktiivinen tarttuminen tähän mahdollisuuteen viestii vahvasta omistautumisesta yhtiöön ja sen tulevaisuuteen”, sanoo NoHo Partnersin hallituksen puheenjohtaja Timo Laine.

Osakkeiden ostot eivät ole sidottuja kannustin- tai palkkiojärjestelmiin.

”Olen hyvin tyytyväinen, että avainhenkilömme hyödynsivät tämän NoHon avaaman mahdollisuuden ostaa osakkeitamme. Oman rahan sijoittaminen yhtiöömme kertoo sitoutumisesta ja siitä, että haastavista ajoista huolimatta organisaatiossamme on luottamusta tulevaisuuteen. Henkilöstömme ja franchise-yrittäjiemme kasvanut omistus yhtiössä tukee mainiosti arvonluontia”, kommentoi Eezyn toimitusjohtaja Sami Asikainen.
