Eezy Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt suunnatusta osakeannista

Eezy Oyj:n ("Eezy") hallitus on tänään päättänyt suunnatusta maksullisesta osakeannista yhtiökokouksen 13.4.2021 antaman valtuutuksen nojalla. Osakeanti liittyy KK Valmennuskeskus Oy:n osakekauppaan, josta Eezy on tänään tiedottanut lehdistötiedotteella.

Kauppahinnasta yhteensä 998 519 euroa maksetaan Eezyn uusilla osakkeilla Kari Kasaselle suunnatulla osakeannilla. Kasanen maksaa osakkeet antamalla apporttina 16 500 Valmennuskeskuksen osaketta, vastaten 16,5% osuutta Valmennuskeskuksen osakkeista. Merkintähinta kirjataan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.

Uusien Eezyn osakkeiden merkintähinta on 6,5867 eur/osake perustuen painotettuun keskikurssiin 22.-28.10.2021.

Uusia osakkeita annetaan 151 597 kpl, ja Eezyn osakemäärä nousee suunnatun osakeannin seurauksena 25 046 815 osakkeeseen. Uudet osakkeet edustavat noin 0,6% Eezyn kaikista osakkeista osakeannin jälkeen.

Uudet osakkeet on tarkoitus merkitä kaupparekisteriin arviolta 8.11.2021 ja ottaa julkisen kaupankäynnin kohteeksi yhdessä Eezyn muiden osakkeiden kanssa arviolta 9.11.2021.
