Changes in VMP Plc’s Management Team

VMP Plc’s management team’s composition has been renewed after the Smile acquisition.

The management team members are:

  • Sami Asikainen, CEO
  • Hannu Nyman, CFO
  • Tomi Laaksola, Staffing business
  • Jani Suominen, Entrepreneur services business
  • Laura Santasalo, Organisational development and recruitment business
  • Aki Peiju, technology
  • Hanna Lehto, people and culture 

Description of the management team members’ roles:

Hannu Nyman continues as the CFO. He will also be responsible for the legal and admin issues.

Tomi Laaksola will be responsible for the Staffing business of the group’s own units. Earlier he has been the service director at Smile.

Jani Suominen will be responsible for the Entrepreneur Services business, including the staffing franchise business and the Eezy self-employment business. Earlier he has managed the staffing business at VMP.

Laura Santasalo will be responsible for the Organizational Development and Recruitment businesses. She has been the director of Corporate Spirit, VMP’s unit for organizational development.

Aki Peiju continues as the technology director. He is responsible for the digital development and IT services at the group.

Hanna Lehto will be responsible for marketing, communications and HR functions. She has been the communications and marketing director at Smile.
