VMP Plc’s new shares have been entered to trade register, largest shareholders after the Smile transaction
New shares of VMP Plc, 10 050 177 shares issued in connection with the Smile acquisition, have been entered into Finnish Trade register on 27 August 2019 and the trading on the shares has started on the Nasdaq First North Helsinki market place on 28 August 2019.
The new total number of shares in VMP Plc is 24 849 375.
