ClearBridge Energy MLP Opportunity Fund Inc. (the “Fund”), which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “EMO,” announced today the results of the votes cast at the Fund’s annual meeting of shareholders held April 6, 2018.
Carol L. Colman and Paolo M. Cucchi were elected as Class I Directors of the Fund by owners of its common stock and preferred stock, voting together as a single class, to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2021 or thereafter when respective successors are duly elected and qualified or until they resign or are otherwise removed.
Daniel P. Cronin was elected as a Class I Director of the Fund by owners of its preferred stock to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2021 or until a successor has been duly elected and qualified or until he resigns or is otherwise removed.
