ALSTOM'S CONTRIBUTION TO BOUYGUES’ NET PROFIT IN THE FIRST NINE MONTHS OF 2019

On 6 November 2019, Alstom reported its results for the first half of 2019/20 ended on 30 September 2019.
Alstom's contribution to Bouygues' net profit in the first nine months of 2019 was €238 million, versus a contribution of €230 million in the first nine months of 2018. This contribution included a net capital gain of €172 million on the sale of 13.0% of Alstom’s share capital on 12 September 2019.
The Bouygues group will report its sales and earnings for the first nine months of 2019 on 14 November 2019 at 7.30am (CET).
