Entegris Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Entegris, Inc. (NasdaqGS: ENTG), a leading specialty materials provider, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share to be paid on February 21, 2018 to shareholders of record on the close of business on January 31, 2018.
