The Board of Etaireia Plc is delighted to announce the appointment of David Barnett to the Board, with immediate effect.  

David Barnett (age 68, Director)

David Barnett is an experienced sales executive. David will join the company

as executive Chairman. He brings over 40 years of business experience to

the Company.

Since David Barnett is being appointed the proposed EGM referred to in the previous announcement will now not take place.

Ian Fallmann has been reinstated as a director of the Company.

The company also announces that Dennis Rogers and Myles Cunliffe are stepping down from their role as a Directors with effect immediately, to pursue commitments outside of the Company.

The Board would like to wish them all the best with their future ventures.

Correction to previous announcement: on March 14th it was announced that two commercial properties in Peterlee have been sold and removed from the balance sheet.  This is not the case. The company is still actively working with the mortgagee to resolve the financing of the properties.

Alexander David will also be resigning as the company’s Corporate Advisor and the company is in talks to appoint a new Advisor as soon as possible.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
