Details of Ford Motor Company Briefing on 2017 Fourth Quarter and Full-Year Results

Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) and Ford Motor Credit Company will release preliminary 2017 fourth quarter and full-year financial results at 4:15 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Jan. 24.

The afternoon timing of the release reflects Ford’s recent decision to issue financial results after U.S. markets close.

Following the release, Jim Hackett, Ford president and chief executive officer, and Bob Shanks, Ford executive vice president and chief financial officer, will host a conference call at 5:30 p.m. EST to discuss the results.
