Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. (the “Company” or “Floor & Decor”) (NYSE:FND) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 10,147,025 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $21.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase from the Company an additional 1,323,525 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on April 27, 2017 under the symbol “FND.”
BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Jefferies, Piper Jaffray and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Houlihan Lokey acted as co-manager for the offering.
