Fidelity National Financial Attracting Top Talent

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. has hired Leanne Zinn as Senior Vice President of Product and Business Development. Fidelity has also added Rick Wilson as Senior Vice President in the Northeast Region, with a focus on key agency relationships.

Leanne has an extensive career in the title industry working with several underwriters and agents, as well as running her own consulting business. Vermilion Compass: Weekly Equity Strategy

U.S. Dollar (DXY) and Treasury Yields Breaking Out Since early-July, and reiterated in last week's U.S. Macro Vision (9/19/23), we have expected to see 4300-4325 act as major support on the S&P 500, while also noting in our 8/29/23 Compass that we expected consolidation between 4300-4325 support and 4600 resistance until the end of September, and possibly longer. Though there is still hope that this 4300-4325 support zone holds, odds of a deeper pullback to SPX 4165-4200/the 200-day MA have inc...

Vermilion Compass: Weekly Equity Strategy

Treasury Yields Reversing Higher Our outlook remains neutral and we continue to expect the 4165-4200 level to cap upside on the S&P 500. With that said, there has yet to be any meaningful deterioration, and a move up to test the August 2022 highs in the 4300-4325 range is not out of the question. Either way, we continue to preach caution and believe that upside is limited on the market indexes. Treasury yields are starting to reverse above multi-month downtrends, and we are monitoring for simil...
