The Hartford’s board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock, payable on July 3, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2017.
This dividend will result in an adjustment to the exercise price of the outstanding warrants expiring June 26, 2019, and may result in an adjustment to the warrant share number. Adjustments will be posted to the Investor Relations section of The Hartford’s website on or around May 30, 2017.
