Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgique, 29 juin 2021 - Ion Beam Applications SA (IBA) annonce aujourd’hui le lancement d’un nouveau programme de rachat d’actions propres à compter du 30 juin 2021, en application de l’article 7:215 du Code belge des sociétés et des associations.

Par décision des conseils d’administration des 18 décembre 2020 et 9 juin 2021, prise en exécution de l’autorisation donnée par l’AGE du 10 mars 2020, IBA a lancé un programme de rachat d’actions propres au travers d’un intermédiaire de marché selon les termes d’un mandat discrétionnaire. Ce programme porte sur un maximum de 250.000 actions ordinaires et, en fonction des conditions marché, sera exécuté sur une période de maximum 6 mois, c’est-à-dire jusqu’au 30 décembre 2021. Son objectif est de couvrir les obligations de livraison d’actions par la société dans le cadre d’un plan d’intéressement à long terme octroyé à certains employés en 2021 sous la forme d’options sur actions. 

IBA surveillera en permanence ses obligations actuelles et futures dans le cadre de ses plans d’intéressement afin de maintenir un niveau adéquat d'actions propres.

IBA SA détient actuellement 831.221 actions propres (directement et indirectement à travers sa filiale IBA Investments SCRL), représentant 2,76% de son capital social.
