Le groupe Investis conclut avec succès la vente du segment Real Estate Services

Investis annonce ce soir avoir conclu avec succès la vente de l'ensemble de son activité Real Estate Services à PHM Group Oy, une filiale du finlandais PHM Group TopCo Oy. La valeur de l'entreprise s'élève à CHF 240 millions. Par cette réalisation, Investis prend une participation minoritaire dans PHM Group TopCo Oy d'un montant de EUR 51.3 millions. Stéphane Bonvin, CEO du groupe Investis, a été élu au conseil d'administration du groupe PHM.

Investis se concentrera sur le développement de son portefeuille immobilier. Des contrats d'achat pour un montant de CHF 201 millions avec un état locatif brut de CHF 12.5 millions ont été signés. La finalisation de ces opérations immobilières est prévue dans les prochaines semaines.

La vente du segment Real Estate Service permettra d'augmenter sensiblement les fonds propres. Même après les aquisitions immobiliers d’un montant de CHF 201 millions, le LTV (loan-to-value) devrait être légèrement inférieur à la valeur de 26% du 31.12.2023.
