KAP AG PERSONNEL CHANGES

Fulda, 30 September 2019 - KAP AG's CEO, Guido Decker, has resigned at his own request effective 30 September 2019.

The Supervisory Board appointed Mr Uwe Stahmer as interim member of the Management Board effective 1 October 2019. Mr Stahmer's Supervisory Board mandate will be suspended during his term on the Management Board.

"Guido Decker instigated the necessary strategic reorientation of KAP AG and set a strategic course for sustainable success," said Chairman of the Supervisory Board Christian Schmitz. "We regret his decision and would like to thank him for his exceptional dedication, and wish him all the best for his personal and professional future."
