Jack in the Box Inc. (NASDAQ: JACK) today announced that Carol DiRaimo has been promoted to Chief Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Officer. DiRaimo has served as Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications since joining the company in 2008.

DiRaimo has more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and six years of public accounting experience at Deloitte. Prior to joining Jack in the Box Inc., she was Vice President of Investor Relations for Applebee’s International, Inc., where she served in a variety of capacities over 14 years, including financial planning & reporting, treasury and corporate analysis, before heading the investor relations function.
DiRaimo has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Missouri and an Executive Fellows MBA from Rockhurst University, where she has served as a member of its Board of Trustees since 2010.
