James Bay Resources Limited Announces Closing of $259,000 Offering

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 5, 2020) - James Bay Resources Limited (CSE: JBR) ("James Bay" or the "Company") announced that it has closed a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of 4,316,667 units ("Units") at a price of $0.06 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $259,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share (a "Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant") in the capital of James Bay. Each Warrant comprising part of the Units is exercisable for a Common Shares at a price of $0.12 for 2 years from the date of issuance.

The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund working capital.

The Common Shares and Warrants issued as Units pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month regulatory hold period commencing from the date of closing
