KB Home Announces the Grand Opening of Hidden Canyons at Texas Research Park in Far West San Antonio

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Hidden Canyons at TRP, the first new home community located in Texas Research Park in Far West San Antonio. Grand Opening festivities, including tours of two model homes and refreshments, will begin at 11 am on Saturday, January 14, 2017.

Situated near Highway 90 West off State Highway 211, Hidden Canyons at TRP offers a quick commute to Lackland AFB, downtown San Antonio and major employers along Loop 1604. It is especially convenient for biomedical researchers and others working in one of the TRP’s many facilities, as well as employees of the nearby Citibank Call Center and the Microsoft Data Center, currently under construction. Hidden Canyons at TRP is also located within the well-regarded Northside Independent School District.

KB homeowners at Hidden Canyons at TRP can look forward to planned private amenities, including a swimming pool with a pavilion and children’s playground, surrounded by gently rolling hills and native trees. Residents will be minutes away from the newly renovated Golf Club of Texas, or can stay within their master planned neighborhood and hike the public trails in the Texas Research Park. Government Canyon State Park is also just minutes away, as are the many antique shops of historic Castroville.

Homebuyers at Hidden Canyons at TRP can choose from 10 one- and two-story floor plans that range in size from 1,516 to 2,708 square feet, and can accommodate up to six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Lot selection, exterior style, and home décor and features can all be personalized to each buyer’s own lifestyle and budget. Pricing begins in the low-$200,000s.

As with all KB homes, those offered at Hidden Canyons at TRP will be built to ENERGY STAR® guidelines and include WaterSense® labeled faucets and fixtures, meaning they are designed to be more energy- and water-efficient than most typical new and resale homes available in the area.

The KB Home Sales Center and model park for Hidden Canyon at TRP is located at 14806 Achilles Drive, San Antonio, TX 78245. In addition to Hidden Canyon at TRP, KB Home is currently open for new home sales at 25 San Antonio-area locations including Boerne, New Braunfels, Cibolo, Live Oak and Converse.
