Located just off Ted Williams Parkway in the highly desirable Pacific Highlands Ranch community, Laterra residents can enjoy dining and shopping at area retail centers that include the Del Mar Highlands Town Center, Piazza Carmel and the Beachside Del Mar Shopping Center. Laterra also offers convenient access to downtown San Diego and fun in the sun at several outdoor recreational spots, including Torrey Pines State Beach, La Jolla Shores Park, and Del Mar Dog Beach. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at Torrey Pines Golf Course, which features picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean. School-aged children living at Laterra may attend highly acclaimed schools in the Del Mar Union and San Dieguito Union High School Districts.

The KB homes offered at Laterra are available in four distinct floor plans that range in size from 1,207 to 2,032 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Residents can choose from state-of-the-art finishes and amenities that include Whirlpool® stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, tankless water heaters and second and third floor laundry rooms. Pricing ranges from the mid-$750,000s to the mid-$950,000s.

As with all KB homes, those offered at Laterra will be built to ENERGY STAR® guidelines and include Watersense® labeled faucets and fixtures, meaning they are designed to be more energy- and water-efficient and can potentially save homebuyers money on their monthly utility bills, as compared to other typical new and resale homes in the area. The energy-saving features included in the KB homes at Laterra are estimated to save homeowners from $432 to $768 in annual energy costs, depending on the floor plan.

The grand opening for KB Home’s Laterra will take place on Saturday, April 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 5992 Village Center Loop Road, Unit 1, in San Diego. The Sales Office is open Monday 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. From Highway 56, exit Carmel Valley Road heading north. Turn right on Village Center Loop Road to the sales office at the end of road.
