KB Home Introduces Desert Mesa Community in North Las Vegas

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Desert Mesa, a distinguished collection of stylish one- and two-story homes close to downtown Las Vegas. This new commuter-friendly neighborhood is ideally situated near Interstate 15 and employment centers, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Desert Mesa’s North Las Vegas location is within walking distance of several community parks. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Las Vegas Golf Course, just minutes away. Nearby Sobe Ice Arena is open to the public and offers skate classes and hockey leagues, and the Craig Ranch Regional Park features play equipment, sport courts and fields, and a skate park.
