KB Home Introduces Highmark at IronRidge in Lake Forest

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Highmark, an exclusive collection of stylish single-family luxury residences in the gated IronRidge master planned community. Situated in the Portola Hills area of Lake Forest in Orange County, Highmark at IronRidge offers large homesites with sweeping vistas.

Homeowners at KB Home’s Highmark at IronRidge will have access to an array of planned resort-style amenities, including a recreation center, community pools, playground and a sports park. Nearby Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park offers 17 miles of hiking, biking and equestrian trails, and the California State University-run Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary features a science center and amphitheater.
