On 11 April 2019, Kinepolis Group NV has received a transparency notification from AXA S.A., indicating that the companies controlled by AXA SA, by virtue of an acquisition of shares, own 5,03% of the voting rights attached to shares of the Company, therefore the threshold of 5% has been exceeded.
