Kinepolis Group kondigde op 22 september 2023 de lancering aan van haar Inkoopprogramma ter indekking van aandelenopties. Dit programma ging van start op 25 september 2023 en eindigt ten laatste op 24 maart 2024. Onder dit programma mag Kinepolis Group, via de aangestelde onafhankelijke intermediair, maximaal 151 000 aandelen inkopen op Euronext Brussels voor een totaal maximumbedrag van € 8 miljoen.

Tijdens de periode van 8 januari 2024 tot en met 12 januari 2024 werden in het kader van dit programma de volgende verrichtingen op Euronext Brussels uitgevoerd:
