Paris, April 8, 2026 — Clariane (CLARI.PA – ISIN FR0010386334) announces today that it has launched an offering (the “Offering”) of €500 million in aggregate principal amount of new euro-denominated senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). The completion of the Offering is subject to market conditions.
Clariane intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering, if completed, together with cash on hand, to refinance its outstanding Schuldschein maturing in 2026 and 2027 and its outstanding Euro PP Bonds maturing in 2027 and 2028, at maturity or in advance.
