nLIGHT® Launches Smallest Form Factor 10kW Industrial Fiber Laser

VANCOUVER, Wash., Oct. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- nLIGHT, Inc. (NASDAQ: LASR), a global leader in industrial fiber lasers, today announced the introduction of the most compact fiber lasers with up to 10kW output power.

“These innovative fiber lasers deliver the highest power available in the smallest size,” states Jake Bell, General Manager for Industrial Lasers. “The combination of high power and compact size gives end users a considerable advantage in shop floor utilization while benefiting from the latest technologies for laser processing performance, reliability, and serviceability. Available in a power levels from 3kW to 10kW, nLIGHT high-power fiber lasers incorporate several market-differentiating advantages. Unique hardware protection against back reflections allows uninterrupted processing of reflective metals. The highest modulation rate and power stability deliver larger process windows and higher productivity. End users also enjoy high uptime due to proven, trusted components, and rapid field serviceability.
