Navtej Bhullar Joins Lazard Middle Market as a Managing Director in Healthcare

Lazard Ltd (NYSE:LAZ) announced today that Navtej Bhullar has joined its subsidiary, Lazard Middle Market LLC, as a Managing Director in its Healthcare Group, focused on healthcare providers and other healthcare services. He is based in New York.

“Nav has over a decade of experience in covering middle market healthcare providers,” said David Solomon, head of Lazard’s middle market advisory business. “His practice has covered a wide spectrum of healthcare businesses, including hospitals, post-acute care providers, outpatient surgery centers, senior care services and behavioral health.”

Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Bhullar was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he helped lead Healthcare Services coverage across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Goldman in 2005, he served in a Corporate Finance role at Citigroup since 2001. He began his career in Corporate Strategy with the Tata Group in India. Mr. Bhullar received a Master of Business Administration from Stern School of Business at New York University, a Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi University.
