Highlights eerste halfjaar 2020

Voor het eerste halfjaar van het boekjaar 2020 noteren we volgende kerndata:

  • De EPRA winst*daalt van € 22,1 miljoen eind H1 2019 (weliswaar inclusief het dividend van Retail Estates tbv € 5,1 miljoen) naar € 13,1 miljoen (exclusief dit in juli 2020 ontvangen dividend van € 5,9 miljoen)
  • Het nettoresultaat bedraagt € -30,7 miljoen eind H1 2020 (vs € 25,3 miljoen of € 4,27 per aandeel eind H1 2019) en omvat nagenoeg exclusief de waardevermindering op de participatie in Retail Estates, geboekt aan slotkoers van het Retail Estates aandeel op 30/06/2020
  • De schuldgraad stijgt tijdelijk van 54,78% tot 58,07% ingevolge de uitbetaling op 25/05/2020 van het dividend over het boekjaar 2019          
  • Bouwvergunning ontvangen voor het ontwikkelingsproject Monteco in de Europese wijk te Brussel
  • Lopende herontwikkelingen in België en Luxemburg blijven op schema: in shoppingcenter Schmiede werden de nieuwe Delhaize- en H&M winkels en het nieuwe panoramische restaurant geopend

Nextensa €120.0m transaction in Cloche D'or

Nextensa signed the largest office transaction to date in Luxembourg at €120.0m for the Rock. 30% of the asset had already been leased to Citi Bank and the other 70% will be taken by the unknown owner-occupier of this deal. The building offers 9,492 sqm or €12,642 per sqm, of high-end space spread over ten floors. The delivery of the building is schedule for mid-2027.
