  • Dividende augmente de € 5,10  à € 5,25 brut par action
  • Le coût de financement diminue de 2,59% au 31/12/2018 à 2,14% fin 2019
  • Placement avec succès d’une obligation de € 100 millions à 1,95% sur une période fixe de 7 ans
  • Optimisation continue du portefeuille immobilier : acquisition de 2 immeubles additionnels dans le parc d’affaires EBBC au Luxembourg et de 2 parcs retail près de Vienne et vente des immeubles non stratégiques Kennedy (Luxembourg) et Riverside Business Park (Anderlecht)
