Faits marquants du premier semestre 2020

Pour le premier semestre de l’exercice 2020 nous enregistrons les données clés suivantes :

  • Le résultat EPRA*diminue de € 22,1 millions fin H1 2019 (cependant inclus le dividende de Retail Estates de € 5,1 millions) à € 13,1 millions (exclus ce dividende perçu en juillet 2020 de € 5,9 millions)
  • Le résultat net s’élève à € -30,7 millions fin H1 2020 (vs € 25,3 millions ou € 4,27 par action fin H1 2019) et comprend quasi exclusivement la diminution de valeur sur la participation dans Retail Estates, enregistrée au cours de clôture de l’action Retail Estates au 30/06/2020
  • Le taux d’endettement augmente temporairement de 54,78% à 58,07% suite au paiement le 25/05/2020 du dividende sur l’exercice 2019   
  • Permis de construire reçu pour le projet de redéveloppement Monteco dans le quartier européen à Bruxelles
  • Redéveloppements en cours en Belgique et au Luxembourg évoluent comme prévu : dans le centre commercial Schmiede les nouveaux magasins Delhaize et H&M et le nouveau restaurant panoramique ont ouvert leurs portes

Nextensa €120.0m transaction in Cloche D'or

Nextensa signed the largest office transaction to date in Luxembourg at €120.0m for the Rock. 30% of the asset had already been leased to Citi Bank and the other 70% will be taken by the unknown owner-occupier of this deal. The building offers 9,492 sqm or €12,642 per sqm, of high-end space spread over ten floors. The delivery of the building is schedule for mid-2027.
