Berlin, March 10, 2025 – The real estate platform CGRE ^AG will make its debut at MIPIM, the world's leading real estate exhibition, held in Cannes from March 11 to 14, 2025. As a partner at the Berlin-Brandenburg stand, the team will showcase its key business areas.

CGRE ^AG has successfully completed the strategic realignment initiated in 2024 and is on track to establish itself as a significant player in the German stock and real estate market. Initial collaborations with institutional financial partners have been initiated. The business model focuses on developing residential urban city quarters in German metropolitan areas, in addition to traditional portfolio management. CGRE ^AG primarily focuses on acquiring stranded projects in the construction phase that can be completed within a 24 to 48-month timeframe.
