Lattice Semiconductor to Release 4Q and FY16 Financial Results on February 15

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:LSCC) today announced that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2016 on February 15, 2017. On November 3, 2016, the Company announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Canyon Bridge Capital Partners, Inc. As a result of the acquisition announcement, the Company will not be holding a quarterly conference call and webcast, and will not provide an outlook for its future financial results.
