Each 32-oz bottle is blended with full-fat milk and real fruit purée. The real fruit line is now available in three flavors: strawberry, raspberry and blueberry.
Each 8 ounce serving of kefir provides 11 grams of protein, 30% of your daily recommended intake of calcium, and 12 live and active probiotic cultures.
