Marcus Theatres® Invests in DreamLoungersSM at Flagship Theatre, Majestic Cinema of Brookfield, Wis.

Marcus Theatres®, a division of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE:MCS), continues to invest in properties across its 68-theatre circuit by installing comfortable DreamLoungerSM recliner seating at the Majestic Cinema of Brookfield in the Town of Brookfield, Wis. This flagship theatre will begin adding DreamLoungers this spring to its 13 auditoriums that do not feature in-theatre dining. The project is estimated to be substantially completed by summer.

“Recliner seating is among our most popular amenities at Marcus Theatres and we’re thrilled to bring that excitement to moviegoers at the Majestic Cinema of Brookfield,” said Rolando Rodriguez, chairman, president and CEO of Marcus Theatres. “Since guests love the Big Screen BistroSM in-theatre dining at this theatre, we do not plan to make a change to that experience. For the remaining 13 auditoriums there, we are adding DreamLoungers so guests have yet another comfort to enhance their moviegoing experience.”

With the addition of DreamLoungers, moviegoers will be able to enjoy the comforts of home with double the legroom between rows. These recliners will allow the guest to go from a seated upright position to a full recline at the touch of a button. Plus, reserved seating will be featured in all auditoriums so guests can select their seats in advance, for a convenient, stress-free experience upon arrival.

Moviegoers at the Majestic Cinema of Brookfield that have enjoyed the UltraScreen® experience, which includes a massive screen and Dolby® Atmos® sound, will also soon enjoy the addition of DreamLoungers. Plus, these two UltraScreen (soon-to-be UltraScreen DLX) auditoriums, will have the option for heated seating, which can be turned on or off with the push of a button. The seats’ popularity and positive feedback from guests at other locations prompted Marcus Theatres to expand the offering.

DreamLoungers will be a welcome addition to the Majestic Cinema of Brookfield, which already features several other amenities, including a Zaffiro’s® Express concept with pizza, entrees and appetizers; a Take FiveSM Lounge with food and beverage options in a casual, relaxing atmosphere; Big Screen Bistro in-theatre dining in three auditoriums; and a Reel Sizzle® concept, which features menu items like burgers and shakes that were inspired by classic Hollywood and the iconic diners of the 1950s.

The Majestic Cinema of Brookfield will remain open during construction. For more information and showtimes, visit www.MarcusTheatres.com.
