His responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, and helping them determine the right solution to fit their needs. Mr. Ryan will report to Beth Kirk Malecki, Partner, Chicago Office Leader.

Prior to joining Mercer, Mr. Ryan was a Director at Northwestern Mutual for more than five years. Mr. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communication from St. Norbert College, Wisconsin. He has a Master of Arts in Communication from University of Wisconsin, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Texas A&M University.
