Mercer and Marsh Los Angeles Office Moves to US Bank Tower

Mercer, a global consulting leader in advancing health, wealth and career, and Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and innovative risk management solutions, have moved their joint Los Angeles Office from 777 Tower to the US Bank Tower, the tallest building west of the Mississippi. The US Bank Tower is located at 633 West Fifth Street. Mercer and Marsh are wholly owned subsidiaries of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE:MMC), and together employ 211 colleagues in the new Los Angeles office.

“This move to the US Bank Tower is just another example of our successful presence in the dynamic Los Angeles market,” said Steven Louie, Mercer’s Southern California Office Leader. “In just two years we have brought on board more than 50 new colleagues, and this open concept will provide a better and more collaborative environment from which we can continue to serve our growing roster of clients.”

Bito Borovinsky, Marsh’s Los Angeles Office Head added, “As a leading insurance broker and risk advisor in Los Angeles, we are excited to move into such an iconic building. This is an exciting time for our industry, as advances in technology and data offer new and better ways to serve our clients, and this new work space will provide an enhanced environment for our colleagues to achieve this.”

The US Bank Tower is the home of OUE Skyspace LA, California’s tallest open-air observation deck. The building features a Sky Slide, a glass slide suspended 1,000 feet above downtown Los Angeles that extends out from the 70th floor down to the 69th floor off the side of the building. The new location also features an open-floor and latest technology including an IT Help Desk known as the “TechStop”.
