Conformément à l’annonce faite le 2 novembre 2022, le Groupe M6 (Paris:MMT) a finalisé ce jour la cession de sa filiale Best of TV, détenue à 51%, à la société Passat S.A.

Best of TV est un acteur de référence en France dans la commercialisation en grande distribution de produits de niche, dont ceux exclusifs du téléachat. Après 8 années dans le giron du Groupe et alors que Home Shopping Service a été cédé en 2020, le Groupe M6 se réjouit d’adosser cette activité à un industriel du secteur, la société Passat S.A.
