The expansion of Navigant’s global Construction practice, a practice within the company’s Disputes, Forensics, and Legal Technology (DFLT) segment, is another step in expanding Navigant’s global, industry-leading expert and advisory services work for high-stakes legal and regulatory proceedings.

“Our formal expansion to add Australian offices is a great example of our commitment to investing and growing where there is sustainable demand from our clients as we have been working intensely there with global construction clients for years,” said Lee Spirer, executive vice president and chief growth and transformation officer. “We are excited to continue our growth on a new continent.”

The office locations consist of experts in the company’s construction industry disputes and advisory practice and will provide competencies in the areas of commercial, contract, and program management services to all sectors of the construction industry.

Buchalter managing director and Navigant’s global Construction practice leader. “The global Construction practice provides expert and advisory services on the world’s most complex capital projects and will be the foundation to provide a full range of DFLT services.”
