Major shareholder announcement

With reference to company announcement no 30 - 19 on 7 October 2019 regarding completion of the Transaction, NTG Nordic Tranasport Group A/S (“NTG”) hereby announces in accordance with section 30 of Consolidated Act no. 931 of 6 September 2019 on capital markets, as amended, to have received the following announcements from major shareholders in NTG. 

Nordic Transport Group Holding A/S

Nordic Transport Group Holding A/S, CVR-no. 39569779, has informed that it as of today holds 583,729 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG, corresponding to 2.6 percent of the total share capital and of the total voting rights in NTG.

JHA Gruppen ApS (wholly-owned holding company of Jørgen Hansen and his descendants)

JHA Gruppen ApS, CVR-nr. 37454893, has today acquired 5,315,964 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG as part of the Transaction. Accordingly and following settlement of the Transaction, JHA Gruppen ApS holds 23.7 percent of the total share capital and of the total voting rights in NTG.

JHA Gruppen ApS owns 100 percent of the company H5 Holding A/S, which is a wholly-owned holding company of Jørgen Hansen and his descendant.

Vindtunneln Holding AB (wholly-owned holding company of Stefan Ingemar Pettersson)

Vindtunneln Holding AB, registration no. 556709-2431, has today acquired 1,942,583 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG as part of the Transaction. Accordingly and following settlement of the Transaction, Vindtunneln Holding AB holds 8.7 percent of the total share capital and of the total voting rights in NTG.

Vindtunneln Holding AB is a wholly-owned holding company of Stefan Ingemar Pettersson.

Holdingselskabet af 7. marts 2019 ApS

Holdingselskabet af 7. marts 2019 ApS, CVR-nr. 40322795, has today acquired 3,967,267 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG as part of the Transaction. Accordingly and following settlement of the Transaction, Holdingselskabet af 7. marts 2019 ApS holds 17.7 percent of the total share capital and of the total voting rights in NTG.

Holdingselskabet af 7. marts 2019 ApS has been established by certain Group Partners, the Matured Partners, employees in Nordic Transport Group A/S and in the NTG Matured PADS as well as certain members of the New Board of Directors and the New Executive Management.
