Liberated Solutions, Inc. Satisfies Substantial Convertible Debt

CHESTER, N.Y., June 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Liberated Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK:LIBE) is pleased to announce it has issued an 8-K stating that Power Up Lending Group, Ltd has converted all its convertible promissory notes eligible for conversion and those convertible promissory notes are now deemed satisfied by the Company.

All remaining convertible promissory notes held by the Investor are not currently eligible for conversion and will not be eligible for conversion until at least 180 days following the issuance date of the respective convertible promissory note. The Company has the right to prepay each convertible promissory note in cash pursuant to the terms of each convertible promissory note if it elects to do so.
