Select financial highlights for the four months ended June 30, 2020 include the following:
- The Personas Social platform generated gross revenue of $1.28 million during the four months ended June 30, 2020, as compared to $0.81 million for the three months ended May 31, 2019. Gross margin of the Company improved slightly to 41% in the four months ended June 30, 2020 from 40% in the three months ended May 31, 2019.
- Net loss determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) was ($0.84) million in the four months ended June 30, 2020, as compared to ($0.67) million in the three months ended May 31, 2019.
- Net loss per share was ($0.003) for the four months ended June 30, 2020.
