Report Offers Year in Review for Company Efforts Focused on Inclusion and Diversity, Charitable Giving and Volunteerism, as well as Environmental Sustainability

Progress for Tomorrow is organized around three key pillars: inclusion and diversity (I&D) and human rights (Our People); philanthropic efforts, charitable giving and volunteerism (Our Community); and environmental and sustainability (Our World).
- Our People: We are focused on continuously improving the well-being of our employees and their families around the globe. Accomplishments in 2019 include the advancement of I&D efforts with the establishment of the I&D Advisory Committee and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including Progress for Her, an inclusive ERG focused on enabling and empowering women at Progress. Progress also expanded training and development resources for all employees and dramatically increased health and wellness resources for employees and their families.
- Our Community: We are focused on bettering and contributing to the communities in which we live and work. Progress has organized and channeled its many philanthropic activities and contributions with a focus on making a difference for STEM education and underprivileged children. Progress’s activities include employee hands-on community projects, financial donations, a new scholarship for women in STEM, and much more.
- Our World: We are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility in all that we do. In 2019 we completed a comprehensive review of our enterprise-wide sustainability measures; took actions to further decrease our environmental impact across our business locations; and we formalized processes for measuring, monitoring and benchmarking our efforts moving forward.
