Rockwell Automation Comments on Emerson’s Withdrawal of Its Unsolicited Proposal

Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE:ROK) today issued the following statement regarding Emerson’s (NYSE: EMR) announcement that it has withdrawn its unsolicited proposal to acquire Rockwell Automation:
