Signature Bank (Nasdaq:SBNY), a New York-based full-service commercial bank, announced today that the Bank’s proxy materials for its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders are now available and also can be viewed via the Internet.
The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting is March 6, 2018. A proxy statement with more information will be sent to shareholders of record along with a 2017 Annual Report. Both documents will be available for viewing through the investor relations section of Signature Bank’s website at www.signatureny.com.
Signature Bank’s 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at The Roosevelt Hotel, 45 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017.
