Speedemissions, Inc. CEO Rich Parlontieri Accepts Invitation to Join Advisory Council for the Pace University Entrepreneurship Studio

ATLANTA, Oct. 25, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Speedemissions, Inc. (OTC Expert Market: SPMI) (the “Company”) a retail brand offering consumers automobile emissions testing and safety inspections, is pleased to announce today that Speedemissions’ CEO Rich Parlontieri has joined the Advisory Council for the Pace University (“PES”). Mr. Parlontieri accepted the invitation from the Dean of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, Lawrence G. Singleton, Ph.D.

The is comprised of distinguished and experienced business leaders who support the mission of PES and are committed to helping entrepreneurs facilitate the development and evolution of their startups. PES supports new startups, from ideation to funding - providing resources, mentorship, and a personalized roadmap for students and alumni entrepreneurs looking to transform their ventures into successful companies. Its mission is to teach entrepreneurs the "how" and to support the "what" with a complete blueprint for the execution of their business concepts.

In addition to joining the Advisory Council, Mr. Parlontieri is also spearheading “PROJECT PLANET USA”, a collaboration between Speedemissions and the Pace University Lubin School of Business that will award a $100,000 grant, consisting of cash and professional mentoring services, to the qualifying Pace University innovator who has developed a novel tech solution designed to guard the planet against a climate disaster and to help restore the well-being of our precious earth. The competition is open to Pace alumni, undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and the wider Pace community. Submissions for Project Planet U.S.A. are due by 9:00 PM ET on December 19, 2023.
