SpartanNash Announces 9% Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend

SpartanNash Company (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SPTN) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to its quarterly cash dividend from $0.165 per common share to $0.18 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 29, 2018 to shareholders of record as of March 16, 2018. As of February 28, 2018, there were 36,048,591 common shares outstanding.
